Hong Kong and Macau shipments
- All Hong Kong and Macau orders will be delivered by local courier
- Self pick-up option at our Kwun Tong office in Kowloon Hong Kong is possible
China / Mainland shipments
- All China or Mainland orders will be delivered by china local courier appointed by us.
- Additional charges will be required for bulky items to be delivered to specific locations (for instance Hainan, Shanxi, Yunnan, Gansu, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Xingjian, and Inner Mongolia). Please contact us for details.
Overseas shipments
- All overseas orders will be delivered by the Hong Kong Post Office via standard shipping which will normally take 8-10 days
- Express shipping option is available for certain countries
- Customer should be fully responsible for all import tax/duty/vat/clearance declaration fee charged by the relevant country customs
